Before registering please be informed about the following: Your personal data is going to be used by AUEB and the Greek ACM-W Chapter for the purpose of responding to the needs of organizing the 5th Summit on Gender Equality in Computing (GEC 2023). The joint data controllers are AUEB and the Greek ACM-W Chapter, who are responsible for the overall organization of the event, as well as the communication with the participants before and after the end of the event. They are also responsible for the online registration of the participants to the event. 

The purpose of the processing of your personal data is:

  1. handling invitations and participation requests,
  2. reporting on the event, as well as
  3. event follow-up actions, such as sharing presentations among participants and feedback collection.
